Dear ,

We have received word from some of our readers that the recipe came through with the ingredients list all jumbled up!  This only happened in certain browsers, apparently, but we decided to just resend it to the entire list.  As a bonus, we are including a recipe for Quick and Easy Poppyseed Dressing, contributed by Traci Sellers.

Here it is again (and if for some reason it gets jumbled again, be sure to click on the PDF link - that will always be formatted correctly):

RECIPE: Scrumptious Summer Salad with Quick and Easy Poppyseed Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

* Spinach
* Red-leaf lettuce
*
Broccoli
*
Peas
*
Handful of slivered almonds
* Handful of sunflower seeds
*
Avocado
*
Berries (especially blueberries, blackberries and dark raspberries
*
1 cup cooked brown rice
*
1 cup wheat berries

DIRECTIONS:

To make the wheat berries, pour two cups of boiling water and one cup of wheat in a thermos and let it soak overnight.

Tear the spinach, red-leaf lettuce and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Toss all ingredients together (use lots of each ingredient that doesn't have an amount listed) in a large salad bowl and enjoy. This salad is full of food with dark colored flavonoids.

QUICK AND EASY POPPYSEED DRESSING

* Zest and juice of one lemon
* 2 T raw red wine vinegar
* 1/4 c honey
* 4 T olive oil
* 1 t poppy seeds
* Pinch of sea salt (optional)
