The Handbook of Differential Diagnosis by Dr. Harold Hyman, M.D. (1957) explains that immune reactions, called allergies, can be caused by many things including plants, animals, drugs, serums, industrial products, and more. This includes exposure to foreign proteins through either blood exchange in the digestive tract or
vaccination.
Allergies, colds, flu, and most lung and skin conditions are the result of an over-burdened, congested lymph system. The lymphatic system is our body’s sewer system that works with our immune system to protect the body from outside invaders. Harmful substances, when out of balance, are destroyed by our functioning organs, bone
marrow, and immune cells. There is roughly four times more lymph than blood in our bodies. To keep the blood clean, we must keep the lymph system moving and clear of contaminants. This turbo-boosts the immune system.
The first step in strengthening our immune system is to rebuild the bowel area to a healthy cleansing action. Second, we must
eliminate liquid waste efficiently. Third, keep the bloodstream clean through detoxification and exercise. Blood analysis is a great tool, yet it does not indicate why the immune system responds a certain way. Further, cholesterol levels and cancer markers may drastically increase during detoxification. When the body restores its balance through cleansing, these indicators eventually drop to normal ranges.
Consuming a diet of raw foods with a focus on high water and Vitamin C content is one of the best defenses. Fresh fruits and vegetables alkalize and dissolve deposits, which strengthen the body. Citrus, pineapple, melons, berries, brassica-family vegetables like cabbage, bell peppers, tomato, cayenne pepper, parsley (leaf and root), garlic, and onions have kidney or immune specific benefits. For example, citrus is diuretic, flushes
out mucus, and contains electrolytes.
Second, taking herbal supplements like Dr. Christopher’s Lower Bowel Formula, Quick Colon #1, and/or extended cleanse program will assist detoxification to yield lasting results. The Immucalm formula is helpful for all types of auto-immune disorders where the body is attacking itself including arthritis,
multiple sclerosis, and Type I Diabetes. Additionally, along with a mucusless diet, drink plenty of liquid or follow the three-day cleanse every thirty days. To assist kidney filtration, drink one gallon of distilled water each day for adults. In acute conditions, stop eating immediately, unclog the bowels, and conduct a modified cold sheet treatment.
Lastly, be active daily! The lymph system operates like a series of levies in a dam that are only activated when you vigorously move your body. The American Medical Heart Association recommends that adults get moderate to high intensity resistance training two days a week and two and a half to five hours per week of similar intensity aerobic activity. If you are unable to sweat during exercise, get into a sauna or steam bath.
For your safety, remember to read labels. Even with shots, whether alcoholic or sub-cutaneous, what are the ingredients? Be responsible for everyone’s sake. Detoxify to become stronger.
