Combining hydrotherapy with herbal protocols is the quickest way to mend a cold or severe respiratory condition. Adding in dietary changes or fasting accelerates healing. A modified cold sheet treatment is generally safe and effective for people of all ages. Beginning the following tips in early stages of
dis-ease when you notice sickness or congestion may be lifesaving.
Remember, faith without works is dead. For healing to occur, one must be as aggressive as the condition is severe. An illness in an advanced or chronic stage will need much more frequent or stronger and longer applications than a minor injury. Count your blessings and begin by
cleaning out the body.
Eliminate dairy consumption completely as it is very mucus forming. Even farm fresh dairy products provide a breeding ground for infection, worsening the condition. This is noticeable by its “day-after” effects of consuming. STOP any cheese, milk, yogurt, etc. During Dr. Christopher’s supervision of a medical dispensary in
World War II, he found that when dairy was eliminated from his patients’ diets, they easily healed many conditions that were considered incurable.
Second, take antiseptic and immune boosting herbs often. Garlic is a natural antibiotic, antiviral, and anti-fungal. Press two to four cloves into a drinking vessel, letting it sit for two minutes to
enhance its medicinal effect. Add in one cup of fresh pressed citrus juice, pure water, or tea of red raspberry, elderberry, sage, or oregano. Gargle and consume with this mixture three times a day or every hour in severe conditions, except when sleeping. Before you swallow, ensure this cleanses the back of your throat near the tonsils. If all you have is garlic and salt, make a salt solution to gargle with, although spit this out, and consume only the garlic in warm water. Continue until health
is regained.
Consider making Dr. Christopher’s Super Garlic Immune formula to have on hand for “plagues” and pandemics. In cases of fever, a cleansing enema may be required. For this, inject twelve ounces of catnip tea cooled to room-temperature with a labelled enema bulb anally. Only ever use this bulb for such a purpose! The body will
hold the cool-temperature water and is fine if this is not voided right away.
Third, remember that a moist fever brings life, but a dry fever can kill. Take a hot water bath or shower to raise the body temperature and rev up the immune system, thereby increasing your God-given germ-killing potential. At least since 1976, doctors have recognized
that the body will build a fever to counteract the viruses that it encounters. Create an environment that builds an artificial fever for this purpose.
Note that the burn potential of hot water above 140 degrees is only seconds. Be careful that you test the water regularly when adding it to the bath. Ideally, prepare the bath or shower water
before getting wet. With that said, use water that is as hot as possible without being painful.
Last, get some sound sleep. Continue drinking tea and fresh juices only. When hungry, practice a mucusless diet and gradually introduce walking or gentle exercise. Practice better health as it is your only wealth. May health be with
you.
