For years after dealing with health issues without answers or true relief. I desired to learn more about how I can care for my health better, and possibly help others. My husband told me years ago, that I have a gift for teaching. That was never something I aspired to do, but life has a way of teaching us things about ourselves.
I took some time to learn about how I can share the gospel of the Creator in combination with health. This was something that made a deep impression in my mind of my life’s calling. I desired to improve my knowledge and practical skills in natural remedies. I attended a course with a previous graduate from the School of Natural Healing, who gave me
some encouragement. After discussing some options available in this area, he referred me to the School of Natural Healing to help improve my confidence.
The course work for the Master Herbalist Program was so exciting, that I immediately started sharing the things I was learning with my family, friends, and with anyone that I engaged
with. It gave me what I was looking for, understanding! I was now able to-not just know how to use herbs, but “why” and “when”, this was such a life changer for me!
My husband and I have a health ministry. We share the gospel message in addition to the health message. We provide simple practical information on healthy
lifestyle principles and how to use herbs with confidence. We present workshops and lectures online and in different locations. Our purpose is to provide clear and simple information, so that people will have confidence to try it themselves, as well as desire to increase their own knowledge and skills.
In addition, our family makes natural
herbal soaps, herbal salves, and natural body products. I had no idea that my own health situation would lead me to where I am today. I am grateful for the things I have learned. I am truly blessed as I continue to learn and grow.
