In my last newsletter on October 4, I wrote that we would revisit the natural programs that can keep us healthy and
help us avoid another crisis.
In researching natural remedies, I was intrigued with global health authorities embracing common natural solutions. Their information concerning symptoms, complications and solutions listed below is directly from their website: https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/a-practical-approach-to-keeping-healthy-after-your-covid-19-jab/
The World Council of Health, under the WHO (World
Health Organization), issued recommendations for Long Covid and pCoVS (Post Covid-19 Vaccine Syndrome), which both manifest symptoms similar to chronic fatigue syndrome. These symptoms are:
- muscle and joint pain
- gastrointestinal upset
- weakness
- numbness
- intense fatigue
- poor sleep
- brain
fog
The World Council for Health currently recognizes the following 8 categories of pCoVS complications:
Cardiac Complications: myocarditis, heart attack or
heart failure, etc.
Neurological Complications: memory loss, dementia, encephalitis, Parkinson’s Disease, Guillian Barre Syndrome, etc.
Haematological Complications: blood clots, thrombocyteopenia, lymphoma, etc.
Vascular
Complications: thrombosis, stroke, pulmonary embolism
Immune System Complications: autoimmune diseases, infections, etc.
Reproductive Health Complications: adverse pregnancy outcomes, heavy periods, post-menopausal bleeding, infertility, etc.
Cancer Complications: breast cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, brain cancer, etc
Congenital Complications: diseases/abnormalities present from birth
Doctors and scientists at the forefront of pCoIS research think that Covid-19 vaccine side effects may be
caused by:
- The injected viral gene (nucleic acids), which gives our body the “recipe” to make the spike protein.
- The spike protein itself, and/or
- Other substances in the injection (adjuvants, excipients, or
contaminants).
Many remedies listed from the World Council of Health are readily available over the counter. My comments are in parentheses.
- Vitamin D 4,000 IU per day (We recognize daily sun exposure,
build up!)
- Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily (consume with foods high in Vitamin C)
- NAC 600 mg twice daily (consume with foods high in NAC like sunflower seeds and legumes)
- Ivermectin (we would substitute the herb Sweet Annie- Artemisia annua)
- Quercetin 600 mg twice per day (fresh fruits and vegetables,
capers, red onions, dark cherries, berries, and grapes, which are all high in Quercetin).
- Zinc 40 mg per day (consume with foods high in zinc i.e., pomegranate, raspberries, guavas, bilberry, legumes, corn and pumpkin seeds).
- Magnesium rich foods like spinach, pumpkin seeds, avocados, cashews, whole grains, legumes, and one of my favorites raw cacao in hot water with honey.
- Aspirin (we would suggest white willow bark)
- Antihistamines (try Brigham tea, or green tea)
- Steroids (definitely substitute licorice root powder).
- Melatonin 2-10 mg at bedtime (tryptophan is a precursor of melatonin and also sunlight
penetrates the skin and stimulates the mitochondria in all the cells to produce melatonin)
- Spices, curcumin, milk thistle, pine needles, dandelion, selfheal, neem (we would recommend Dr. Christopher’s VRL formula)
We left prescription drug suggestions off our list for
obvious reasons.
I should mention that even though a person has no energy, exercise was shown to reduce mortality by 27% at just 20 minutes three times per week.
I believe the suggestions contained
in this article to be the best researched, safest, and most effective pathway to recovery. I also believe in prevention and will follow Dr. Christopher’s dietary suggestions. For me and my house we reject and will not subject ourselves to these damaging experimental vaccines.
